Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays begin processing on the next business day.
U.S. Shipping
We currently ship within the United States. Standard delivery usually takes 2–5 business days after dispatch, depending on the carrier and destination.
Free standard shipping is available on U.S. orders of $150 or more.
Local Pickup
Local pickup is available in McKinney, Texas. Select Local Pickup at checkout when available. We will send pickup instructions after your order is prepared. Please wait for the ready-for-pickup notification before arriving.
Returns
Eligible unopened, unused, and resalable products may be returned within 14 days of delivery. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item was incorrect or arrived damaged.
For hygiene and safety, opened or used nail products, liquids, gels, polishes, and personal-care items cannot be returned.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
